Rich got home from the house inspection really tired and hot from following the inspector up and down, and down and up, and in and out in the heat for almost 4 hours, lol. Nothing serious was found, other than some nail pops on the roof, some miswired outlets(easily corrected), and some previous termite damage which has been corrected.Seems the
