The death of the Cortina is a sad sad thing, but in the end inevitable - sooner or later it would have spontaneously burst into flames with all the hot lurve action it gets to witness! And the send-off was sublime! And I can so see them at it over the bonnet of a Capri!

Which leads me onto my next fic idea the 'Christening of the Capri'. It's only fair, we've had the 'Last Rite' of the Cortina =P
