There's not enough Maya love out there, and this is a lovely scene for the two of them~ Just a nice little moment.

Also, maybe it explains why he didn't wear ties in the 70s--He didnt have Maya to fix them up for him. xD

Oh, my. ♥ I imagine she catches him before he's about to go out the door, his head's so far into a case he's forgotten to do his tie up. I'd love to know more about their life together before their relationship went pear-shaped.

This is really lovely! I love how Sam's looking off, like he's self-conscious about having her fix his tie, but he's also obviously pleased about it and enjoying being taken care of. Maya meanwhile is completely self-absorbed and enjoying being in charge!

Thank youuuu ;___; That's what I was thinking about them while I was drawing this, actually, that Sam hates it but loves it and Maya? Oh yeah, she definitely loves this sort of thing. I said it to Sky but I'll say it to you too: more of Sam and Maya is something I'd love to write about eventually.
