Oh my god I absolutely adore that ANNIE had the kittens. XDDD I read this after sleeping for 12 hours straight, and it was a gorgeous thing to wake upto. The way Sam tried looking for the kittens really amused me (his "conversation" with Ray especially - Sam is such a bad actor, and I love how you wrote that), and yes, the conclusion. But also the fact that Gene really does care but so desperately tries not to show it! Beautiful - I hope there will be more of this little series! ♥

:) I'm so glad you enjoyed it. It's slightly over-the-top I know, but it's so fun exaggerating everyone's character a little for... cuteness. :p I particularly enjoyed writing Chris's bit. But yeah, Sam doesn't plan out his "discreet" queries very well. Hee hee.

Oh wow, it was Annie who had the kittens -- perfect! The conclusion was pretty spot on as well. I'm really fond of this adorable little fluffy (because kittens <333) series and I hope we'll get more of it soon.
