I think they run pretty accurately to the measurements they give on the site - I've only ever ordered a man's size small on there before, but it measured just as it said it would.

http://www.qwertee.com/blog/2010/dec/07/11/ - This page has some more info, and they seem to be advising people to buy the bigger size if in doubt: "Our Women's tees are small so you might need to order a size bigger than usual!"
