I do like the idea of the two of them fantasizing away like this! I feel especially for Sam, poor fellow - he's got a little more to worry about.

Oh yes, it's all about the UST, LOL! So pleased you enjoyed it - I should've started writing LoM fic ages ago, and probably would have if The Master hadn't distracted me....

*melting into little puddle* Have I ever told you that I love you? This is fantastic, because I can completely understand wanting BOTH of these men, they're such opposite ends of the spectrum. And yes, Sam would be very, very good, but you sure couldn't imagine Gene while you were with him. I love how you've made this all introspection without dialogue, I really enjoy being able to see inside the character's heads, especially in these situations!

Thank you - so glad you enjoyed this! A lot of my stuff tends to be introspection and whilst I know it's not everyone's 'cup of tea' as we Brits say, I love trying to get inside a character's head every bit as much as I love writing dialogue for these brilliant characters.
