I love how this reads EXACTLY like a Grimm fairy tale. Vic, with all that blood on his hands and revenge on his mind, tripping his way into a dark and frightening bizarro-Manchester where he's wooed to his death by a little girl in red. The attraction to the canal, with its undertones of Narcissus.

Well--EVERYTHING about this fic, really :-)

(And TCG really is Sam's friend. Who knew?)
