Re-evaluation

its time for a revamp of my life.   i need to re-evaluate myself and my place in life in general.

so, starting today, at 6:01 PM eastern standard time, i'm starting a self-imposed vow of silence.  You won't hear me talk for 24 hours, not one word.  This will give me time to see what i need to change about myself, because, obviously, what i've been
