What do you even /do/ when you have two friends who had a fight? I want to remain supportive of /both/ of them and remain neutral, but one of them is furious at the rest of us for trying to do that. I hate that. I had a really tight-knit group of friends that was the core of my college support network and social life, and it literally exploded while I was in Australia (second semester of junior year), and then all last bits of sanity and decency were demolished during winter of senior year. Now one of them doesn't speak to me at all - didn't even reply when I sent her a wedding invitation - and the other two don't talk to each other at all. So I can never recreate that feeling of togetherness and belonging that I had in college, because I'm the only person who still loves my friends.
