Those are some very good episodes of CSI: Miami indeed. I'm still actively impressed every time I rewatch Lost Son.

I wish there was a page on TV tropes dedicate to "your ship finds a kitten." Just kittens. Stumbling upon pets should be so common they should have to be subdivided by species and possibly age.

Right? Forget "your ship gets engaged/married/has kids." I need ships that find/adopt assorted animals. That's all I need.
