I think there are other reasons of her choice. not popular, but the quality of the show and interesting role. that's why for this time she starred in the Children's Hospital, PTMM, Evermore, THBP. and I think a mistake to choose HMD as reference point in the analysis of her career. it began in 1991 and will continue for about 20 years. HMD is not the first successful project in her career. I'll not list other great shows, for which she became a favorite and well-know - including to those who invited her in House.

I chose to use the last season of House as the reference point, because there have been people who were saying she had made a mistake in leaving the show and choosing these "terrible" shows to guest star on. Her career is much longer than what is listed, yes. I am completely aware of this fact as I was a fan of Lisa's before she ever starred on House, a fact that I have detailed in many other posts.

But as the title of this post states, I'm not evaluating her entire career, just what she's done since House and how her career has been affected. Based on these programs' popularity, award recognition, and other factors (such as working with Oscar nominees, a role she likes, etc), I concluded that she made the right choice in leaving.
