Didn't see the episode yet, but is there another episode next week? When does the SUPER long hiatus start? =S

So I totally see why they pushed this ep. I need to rewatch what was meant to precede and follow it, and I'm sure my interpretation of interactions will shift, but I don't think there were serious plot-related continuities like there were last season ( ... )

Yup. I guess he could have just died. Or still be in a coma. But you think they'd MENTION IT, given that he and Ria were pretty close and he was such an important plot point.

Firstly, Loker needs to find a girlfriend who thing herds in Africa are as cool as he thinks they are. Because as a geek, I find it insulting that obsessive academic interest is always dismissed so lightly.

ITA! As my dad likes to say, there's an ass for every seat...and I think that's true as far as relationships too. If Loker's passion is research and bizarre subjects, then why should he change that for some "Ingrid"??

I'm confused that there were like, NO Cal/Gil scenes. Except for 'smothering.' And a bunch of weird looks because Cal was loopy, possibly physically high, and Gil was jealous/suspicious/playing untouchable ice queen.

I think Gil/Ben is a thing. Was it "Lack of Candor" when they were in Gil's office at the beginning?I don't know if I would necessarily think that Ben/Gillian were romantically/sexually together; I think that Ben likes her, is comfortable with her, and then saw how crappily Cal was treating her, so he tried to make it up to her as best he could ( ... )

This whole episode just left me feeling like I wanted to cry. I'm seriously pissed at the writers right now.

But, looking at the original episode order makes it a bit better. Not much, but somewhat. I'm still pissed at Cal though. He treated Gillian terribly!

Seriously! It just seemed totally OOC for Cal...leading me to believe that either it was just really, really bad memories of the previous Vegas experience that set them off, or perhaps something had happened between the two, as I explained in the above comment.

Could someone explain to me why the episodes are aired in such a random order??

It's Fox. There isn't any good reason. They play with great shows, possible ruining or harming them in the process.

My Ben/Gil belief is totally a defense mechanism, so I can stomach the Cal/Gil goop without jumping ship :P *huggles it ( ... )
