I already assumed most of this (either that or read it before somewhere else). It's basically that unless there's space on the schedule for LTM then it won't be renewed. As to what the President said I think he's probably preparung us for the worst since the likelyhood of there being space for LTM is pretty low :(

There are networks that would be happy to take one those shows
Other networks pick up shows (like TNT did with Southland) but I don't think other networks are that happy. It takes a LOT for another network to pick up a show. With LtM's ratings, they aren't that great.

I sit up at night worrying about this crap, so an article which basically says "Don't get your hopes up" isn't helping matters.

Of course, if it does come down to a decision between Human Target and Lie to Me, one should expect Lie to Me to come out on top. Why? Two words: Tim Roth. Also, Lie to Me is cheaper to produce has received more critical acclaim and award nominations.

I do like the sound of this though.

Yeah, I do too! If Fox keeps two of the three shows, I'm almost positive LTM will be one of them, but if they only keep one, then I get a little wary. *crossing fingers*

Then why bring in new shows right now? Why defy what the people are telling them... aka: uhh, duh, PCA, etc.!!!!
I'm so confused with some of my networks... First bullshit with CBS and Criminal Minds, now Fox with Lie To Me.
