Liet... quite likes Ikki! He genuinely seems like a decent guy, and he gets added bonus points for not asking any awkward questions really loudly and in front of Russia. He seems dedicated to what he likes, and Akito gave him rave reviews in another thread, so overall the impression has been very positive. Possibly, he's not cautious enough for his own good, but that is just about everyone in Lithuania's point of view.

All in all, he will probably be happy enough to come and talk to Ikki again, if he sees him about.

Medusa... by and large seems pretty reasonable, and Liet appreciates that. The body is admittedly a bit creepy at the moment- and the laugh- but he knows it's not hers, so he is not too terribly freaked out by it. She gets lots of bonus points for offering to help out if he had any questions, and he was glad to be able to return the favor, if only a little bit. She also seems to be able to take a hint, which is greatly appreciated.

If he runs into her again, he definitely wouldn't mind chatting some more.

Liet really has a soft spot for America. Yes, he can be a bit of an idiot sometimes; yes, he can be overbearing; and no, Liet doesn't always agree with everything he does, but compared with some of what he's put up with, those are all relatively small and easy to overlook. He's still grateful for the 1920's- perhaps disproportionally so- and tends to think of it as a bright spot in the middle of what was otherwise a really difficult time for him. Add to that the fact that the US continued to recognize Lithuania as, well, himself during Soviet rule- and the aid sent his way when he declared independence again- and it's pretty easy to see why Liet is so blatantly fond of him.

Tl;dr: All of Liet's really happy icons are from when he's outsourcing at America's place. He loevs you and will probably cook at you.

Germany strikes Liet as someone who is generally very level-headed and put-upon, two traits that he can definitely sympathize with. He's professional and polished, and like so many other countries, next to Russia he looks downright appealing.

And I am totally avoiding anything longer than this for right now because of the things we talked about. ^^
