"But," Adam's voice trailed off and he frowned. Kira stretched her smile a little farther and waited. Sure enough, his eyes widened and his mouth sorta gaped open. "Oh." He smiled, his eyes wrinkling up at the corners. "So it's like that."
"Yup," Kira agreed. She shifted a little, wiggling against him to remind him what they were doing before he saw her new tattoo. "It's exactly like that."
