I'm sorry to bother you on your own journal, but I noticed you recently assisted in solving this Support request. I am having the exact same problem when I try to access Message Centre.

Would you possibly be able to help me bring this to the attention of a livejournal admin so they can delete my existing subscriptions too?

The best way to bring this to admn's attention would be through a Support request. As you closed yours, noone investigated it further. (There's actually stuff going on in requests which can't be seen by non-volunteers. I wasn't the only one working on the one you linked to, just delivered the final message; communication with the admin took place on the request itself.)

Please either reopen the request you linked to or open a new one. If you describe the problem and say you want to have your subscriptions cleared out, someone will move it to the appropriate place, where an admin will take care of it.

I'm not quite sure what you mean - to me, the request looks open. Are you seeing something different?

Yeah, I know there were multiple people working on that other request, rahaeli has a big "no support questions!" disclaimer on their journal though, whereas you seemed more open to support-related comments. That's the only reason I chose to contact you :-)

Oh, my apologies - I had logged out by accident. so I didn't see the stuff on the request I'd see if it was open.

Anyway, the request has already been moved to where an admin takes care of it; it can take a little while, but it won't be overlooked. Someone will notify you when they've cleared it up.
