Haha, I'd assume that James and Sirius take some getting used to. several years worth of time possibly.
It'd be hard to be Remus or Peter sometimes. I often get the feeling that Hermione and Remus both shared that in their friendships growing up.
haha I feel that Remus and Lily are often dragged around Diagon Alley by their boyfriends. Going to Quality Quidditch Supplies with those two must be an adventure.
Moments like these are why I'm such a big fan of Remus and Lily as friends. Because they really do understand each other like no one else possibly could. That and you know, someone has to keep them sane among the crazy that are their boyfriends.
Those two would drive anyone mad with worry. Honestly.
Being pregnant and having your husband on the front lines of a war must be terrifying. I love how you show them as so comfortable together. It's clear from the beginning of this fic to the end that they share a very close friendship and are a huge comfort to one another.
Great job Leah!

The first section is great, showing the accepting side of Lily. I love how her response is just "oh. I'm still your friend." Personally, I'm not sure Remus would tell anyone so easily, even Lily, but it's still sweet.
"And this, this thing that’s going on with the four of you,” Lily continued, “It has something to do with that, and with Snape?”
Errr...am I just really dense? What is she referring too?
“How do you deal with this?” Lily asked
Hehehe, you don't deal with James and Sirius. You just tolerate them, and hope the school will still be in one place afterwards. ;)
“Sometimes I wonder how I ended up here,”
I wonder that all the time. :)
looking over at the boys as they moved away from the new broom and towards a Chaser’s glove display.
It's these kinds of little details that make your writing so strong, Leah.
“I’ll always be muggle-born.”
“And I’ll always be a werewolf.”*sniffles* And being "outcasts" is what bonds ( ... )
