Yay for fic! Boo for last minute remembered homework. Clearly the homework Gods heard me telling you I had none. *throws anthro book a filthy look* Please don't hate me. K&K will happen. gaaah
But this is short! So I can read it! :D

Haha that would be so awkward your besties creeping on your first date.
Awww I find Sirius's reaction to the engagement to be adorable. Really. It's possibly my favorite part.

The last line is tying for favorite. You know me and my love of adopted families. Really though, I love how you showed them drawing her in and accepting her. You did a great job with this Leah :)

Aww! It's adorable and fluffy in the way that I can't write. You really do have a gift for scenes like these; for adding details and emotions as well as in characterization. Despite the fact that it's Lily's point of view and there isn't much in terms of dialogue and detail, you really managed to capture all of them, not just Lily. The dynamic of their relationships are very real and the mentions of background story flesh it out despite it being such a short story. So yes. It was sweet and I very much liked it.

Awwwww! I can just see this happening. :) I love that she thought she knew what she was getting into, but it turned out to be more than she expected.

Peter's line is adorable.

And I love the paragraph starting with "it could have been". The repetition works nicely.

And it's bittersweet, knowing what comes next...:(
