I feel pretty normal after my first day of planned eating and portion control and no candies/tons of sugar. Or coffee. I do have a small ache of my head originating from what feels like the area around spine to skull connection. I will of course blame this on horrible withdrawal, but it's probably just a headache. I want to embrace my sugary candy and pastry addiction, but then I would be much harder to embrace. I'm just doing this meal planning and super healthy eating for a month, then my lady and I will hopefully continue meal planning and slightly less healthy eating.
