"Where to begin? Stop listening to the Counting Crows!! I like them, but man they can really bring you down. I think it would be best to find something a little more inspiring. As far as being stuck in your head, thats not hard to do, given the circumstances. It can be a problem, but I think some of it is necessary. Try to use it to your advantage ( Read more... )

Wow... that is so amazingly sweet.
And it is spectacular advice... the wording... wow.

isnt it?
i love when something so simple like that really makes you think....i just cried and cried through the whole letter. it was like 4 pages long.
i really, really appreciate everyones support. i used to hate my brother so much. its weird feeling such a connection to him now... its like forgiving that person who screwed you over or cheated on you or lied to you(or whatever)...you're cautious this time around because you know what they're capable of, but you want to trust them so bad. its just...strange. *shrug* thats the best analogy i got.

I think one has to know when to listen to sad music. On days I feel alone I listen to music that makes me happy (Taking Back Sunday makes me happy sometimes). Counting Crows...hmm I listened to them every day when I tried to kill myself...before and after the whole experience. I found that it actually made me feel better, because at the time I was a stupid baby who thought I was the only one going through shit...CC's songs showed me I was not alone in feeling desperate. In a time when no one made sense to me..they did. So what am I saying? As if I really know. I think the main idea is when you feel down..and you listen to them...call someone who will help you feel better...don't keep completely to yourself and your sad music...call someone and get the feeling of whatever out. You know? Keep it going...rotating..whatever. HMmm..this probably is stupid heh? Oh well.
