I woke up today and really, really wanted to hear some rock music.
Faith no More sounds so fresh now.
Is it a good time to sell some synths and buy an electric guitar?

i say yes to getting an electric guitar. you should get one and then call me to sing a song. haha. i always remember your impressive rendition of "personal jesus" - amazing. of course, i guess it would help to keep some synths around for that. ;-)

funny you mention that, my favorite version of "Personal Jesus" was the acoustic one with just guitar and voice (it's on the single)

I already have an acoustic that I never play. I was thinking it might be good to try to learn on that before I spend the cash I've already set aside for part of a Machinedrum on an electric guitar.

the couple times we jammed w/ Josh, he used to get into these blues solos. they sounded really impressive. he'd laugh and said they were stupid and easy to do. I guess I see what he meant. which kinda makes me want to do it more.
