The paramedic patched up Chris Parker and the police took him away, still silent. Thornton followed them into town after thanking Starsky (and Hutch, although the latter hardly noticed) and telling them he’d let them know as soon as he learned anything.

Starsky then prodded the paramedic to check out Hutch, while he hovered worriedly behind him.

I'd normall offer a more useful comment, but just finished work, am tired, so I'll just say that plot with pron - or pron with plot, whichever way you want to look at it - is a good combination.

Thanks so much for reading and for such nice comments! For what it's worth, my track record with finishing WIPs is 100 percent. I would never do that to people. Then again, I won't always post a WIP. I need to know I'm going to finish before I do that. I know RL gets in people's way, so I don't blame them when they don't finish WIPs, but it's WAY frustrating when I get all interested and it dies away, so I've sort of vowed never to do that to people. :) The easiest way to avoid it, of course, is not to post in pieces. I'm a fan of that. :)

I love the fish out of water scenarios, I really do (even though, yes, Voodoo Island sucked, they were so ... well, naked. You can't not like that *g*). I don't know that I like seeing them do extreme role play, but I love seeing how the guys handle circumstances out of their usual comfort zone - they're always up to the challenge. :)

But anyway - thanks again! And, yeah, more coming, though not so long and plotty, at least for a while. :)
