Reversing the polarity FTW! *cracks up*
I actually felt pretty sorry for the spider. But Dr.Horrible freaking out about it, and the whole hiding behind Captain Hammer and then relunctantly thanking him was awesome.
I swear this fic made me giggle, flail and damn near fall off the bed from sheer joy.
Like the angry god vacumn cleaner. *snickers* Poor Captain Hammer. I'd end up with a phobia if that had happened to me. =D
I liked how they bonded while Captain Hammer was recovering. And Dr.Horrible was actually reassuring him about him not being a serial killer than he was doing well. *snerks*
"If you could even go a month without doing me some sort of physical harm-"
"Deal," Captain Hammer said fiercely.
Dr. Horrible got the distinct feeling he'd just been outwitted.
And that *points up* was perfect. And so typical of their relationship.
I'm pretty much just gleeing over the entire fic. I so love how you write these two. *runs off to reread the whole story again*

I did feel a little bit bad for the spider I will admit but that whole 'shrunken adventures' thing was so much hilarious fun to put together that I couldn't help it! The vacuum cleaner especially (and I agree, if that happened to me I'd have a phobia something awful!)
I'm really glad you enjoyed it, I had so much fun writing it :D

The actor playing Merlin is named Colin Morgan.

Aw, this was sweet! In a weird sort of a way. I actually started making unhappy sounds when the spider came out from behind the ball of string, but the whole shrinking scenario was very visually presented. Also: aw for Captain Hammer and Dr. Horrible having a heart-to-heart. Captain Hammer the narcissistic sociopath is an interesting piece of fanon, and one that I am considering adopting.
I still think my favourite moment in this story was Dr. Horrible saving Captain Hammer from the vacuum cleaner.

Thank you, I don't mind weirdly sweet at all. I just couldn't resist the idea of shrunken adventures (I was channelling all my childhood sci-fi shows!) I was briefly worried that the spider would freak everyone out but I couldn't leave him out, I couldn't.
The vacuum cleaner is maybe the crackiest thing I've written in a way, but I am not ashamed!
I'm glad you enjoyed it :D

"You're kind of abusive."
"Only with villains."
"I'm a villain," Dr. Horrible reminded him.
Which seemed to put a frown in Captain Hammer's brain.
Eeeeeeeee! They're so cute and I just want to hug Billy when Ct Hammer asks him about Penny. So yes... *Squeeeeeeee!*

As usually with everything you write, I loved it.
It's amazing how well you've captured the characters' personnalities, and managed to make Captain Hammer human and real. This is so becoming one of my favorite fics ever. Thank you for sharing it, it's a story that shouldn't have gone untold. :)

But thank you! I'm really glad you enjoyed it, I hoped it would be cute and fun but still ever so slightly tense and dramatic! :)
