lol. To be honest I was being lazy. It was easier to put it in the collection on AO3 than put the story up twice and cut it into two posts. I've been wondering whether to post just to AO3 though. I kind of like having my stuff in two places.

I do still feel like I get a lot of comments, even though lots of people seem to have moved on, or switched to Tumblr, or AO3 for good. I'm much better at leaving kudos over there than I am at commenting, so I'll admit that's my fault too. I try to comment on all the things I read on my flist though (even if some of it ends up in my bookmarks, because I never have time when it's posted.)
