That was amazingly hot, especially considering my lack of interest in Stefan. (I almost feel sorry for Damon, stuck in a universe where Elena and Stefan are as good as it gets in the intrigue department.) Just - wow.

Vampire Diaries is one of those shows I intend to watch one day because I think it will entertain me, but I read this now because I liked the line you gave as a summary.

And... wow. Yes. Very much yes.

Seriously, if I thought the books the show is based on would be anything as awesome as this I would stop hating them as I put promotional stickers on them.

Gorgeous stuff.

Thank you! I'm glad you liked it! I'm watching it because it's my new very guilty pleasure. Everyone strides around like they think they're in a porn film (except when they think they're in an episode of 'Vampire Dawson's Creek,') angsting and molesting the scenery (and occasionally each other!)

I do feel for you being buried among a thousand books just like them though! :(

Why thank you! The BroYay is pretty much off the screen in this show, what with Ian Somerhalder's need to drape himself over his brother and be jealous and hot in almost every scene he's in. But that's a huge compliment, I really try to make people feel in character, thank you!
