 I'm alive.

I'm Job hunting.

I've filled out a lot of paperwork today.

I'm sill fighting off some sort of crud...

I should have some D*C pictures up soon.

and returning to reality is slow and painful, as is contemplating moving.

Also I've felted my bag, need to block a scarf...and started a sweater.

This knittig thing is working!

Yay! I was thinking about you yesterday and hoping all was well.

Good job on the knitting! I had been gearing up to post some pics of vintage fashion (and comfort) "stoles" from a 1952 knit/crochet booklet that I picked up this summer. But if you are working on a sweater, you won't need a stole. You might enjoy the pictures, though, just for fun.

It's getting chilly here--boding a winter coming on soon--and so I've picked up my wool sock-knitting again. Sadly, I don't have much time to sit down and do it. Knitting is good therapy, though. At one point when I was really stressed out a couple weeks ago about something that didn't seem quite right at work, I just had to sit down and knit to calm my nerves and brain.

No, moving isn't fun, but it is typically a nice relief when it is over.
