I like your say on Germany being Strength. He had domination over Europe and Japan literally blew it. ^^;
I love the idea of China as the Wheel of Fortune. And the four beast-gods MUST be in the card as well! That would be interesting.
Ooooh! I love the mental image I have of Judgment! I can just picture the Allied Forces standing tall with victory while the Axis Powers lower their heads in defeat. Awesome!
From our recent chat, here's adding a bit more to the Judgment card...
a) Clap the Axis Powers in irons a la the Neuremburg trials. Northern Italy has already fallen over from their weight, the only visible part of him being his shackled hand held up, shakily waving the white flag of surrender.
b) Japan might wear the royal clothing of the Emperor, symbolizing that it was him who signed the declaration of surrender. His clothes would be pristine.
c) Germany might wear his formal military uniform, which is almost totally bandaged and scorched, reflecting the invasions and firebombs dropped on his cities (similar to what happened to England's cities years before).
d) America stands tall while flashing V-for-Victory symbols on both hands, drunk on absolute power, with radioactive atomic symbols flashing in his glasses.

I like your image of Judgment. What better way to declare the end of World War II? :D
