As awlways, you find an idea that I wouldn't have thought of in a thousand years and flesh it out beautifully. so sad to think of all these other lives ruined through no fault of their own.

Ouch. This is amazingly beautiful, and painfully raw. All those lives toyed with, because souls are being treated as they should not be. Proper angst, with a great touch of bitterness in the narrator voice too.

Oh, excellent! I've always wondered what was going on with Angel's soul when it was not in him...how could it be given to someone else if it was going to be ripped out of them and stuck into Angel and then they would die?! Everyone just assumes that it's just floating there, but I love what you did. I especially liked how Angel's soul was getting stronger and better and farther from Liam as is kept being reborn and as he improved in life. I also liked your period language and feel.

But the real surprise were the Buffy parts, which I also loved.

The whole piece was lovely, though quite sad. Thanks for writing!!

*Thank you*! I'm really glad you liked it. I've often wondered, too, about the souls, and where they went, so it seemed time to tackle one of the ideas...

:~))))
