Classes start next Monday - not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing. And as for dining service training - that means I'm working for the company that does food for my school. So far, training has included food safety (always wash your hands, be careful with knives, etc). I really don't know what the rest will entail yet. Good to hear from you!
