In a further worrying sign for the greenback, 47 per cent of reserve managers surveyed said they expected the growth of official reserves to slow to less than 20 per cent over the next four years. Between the end of 2000 and mid-2004, official reserves had increased by 66 per cent.

Dude! I knew that the dollar was weakening and losing value to the euro hand over fist, but... ack.

I think I read somewhere that that guy was actually taken a while ago, but the video's just now showing up, and they don't know how old it is...or am I drunk again?

Oh: Budget stuff: Yeah. A number of domestic programs are gettign either flat-out cut, or are getting starvation-level funding. If I were a betting woman, I'd guess that libraries, HeadStart, after-school programs in inner cities are on the block.
