God, I know. The thing is, it's always been so obvious to me and everyone I know that this was what he was building to. He doesn't know shit about Massachusetts or the people who live here and has spent all his time building up cred with the "conservative base

Here where I am in Western Mass., it's just a lot of rain. But it's been a fuckload of rain, and for awhile. I actually used a tarp over parts of my garden one night because they'd been getting torrential rain. Having sun today made me practically giddy. I'm sure the rivers are high, but I haven't heard of any serious flooding in this part of the state - of course, who knows if the Boston-based New England news station would cover it if there were. They tend to forget we exist out here. :-p
