What? And... what? Far be it from me to criticize any comment that calls Bush impotent, but when has the Bush adminstration ever, ever, done anything except say, "It's legal, and the Constitution gives me 'unitary executive' power, so suck it"? Ok, maybe he looked impotent because some people declined to suck it, but there's hardly been an adminstration more over-reaching in its claims of presidential powers and prerogatives. Maybe he wouldn't look so impotent in defending his claims if his claim wasn't, "I AM EMPEROR BUSHINIAN, BITCHES!"
