There has to be some clarification by the Dems on the committee in the press...I wrote about this today on my blog. The Bush crime family and Gonzales keeps using the term "time of war" to justify their crimes. I think it is about time to stop this nonesense and tell dumbed down America that we really are not in a declared time of war. We invaded a country illegally and the evidence, some of which is in my post today, proves that they have purposely broke the law...again...and since 2001 have been spying on more then just potential terrorsist suspects.

It will be interesting to see if the DEMS lay down and die like they did with Alito or will they press this issue and eventually encourage someone in the House to draw up articles of impeachment- articles that should have been drawn up long before the Nov 2004 election.

With this issue we will see who the real Republicans are and who the neo-con Bush acolytes are. I already identified one today- Jeff Sessions (R-Ala)
