Somebody Tell These ****** Who Kanye West Is

I've been wanting to do a music post lately, and after a couple people mentioned they're interested in checking out Kanye West and OutKast, I figured they'd make a good theme. So here's just a couple of my favorite tracks, all with at least a vague political meaning behind them. Enjoy!

Gasoline Dreams is one of my favorite tunes. I'm not a big fan of rap / hiphop, in general, but I've always had a soft spot for Outkast.

YAY! There are definitely many songs here I don't have already. Sweeeeeet.

At some point I'd like to upload really good political rap, like Talib Kweli (The Beautiful Struggle = AWESOME album) and KRS One and maybe even some Nas. Yes. So good!

After this, I definitely need more OutKast in my collection. I weep for the fact that the only one of their albums in my collection is Speakerboxxx/The Love Below (though I do love it).
