In fact, the crisis has already occurred. The executive branch is operating far outside the limits of the authority afforded it by the Constitution.

Then it is a good thing that the ranking democrat House Justice Committee, Patrick Leahy has pushed the committee to force pResident to define U.S. Congress' role in the war. That will force pResident to either clarify what the U.S. Congress, in his opinion, can do, or state outright that we're in dictatorship already.

The ball is in pResident's court. Let's see him fumble it.
