haha set your lx3's mode to Shutter mode and set the shutter speed to like 1/1.3 or 1 and you can get that effect. ^^

how to set the shutter speed? :(

you know the small knob? can move up down left right one? not the big one you just press up or down to chnge the shutter speed!

i change alr! but donthave leh.. or is it because i took the sample photo at home. HAH so no effect
