Officially, no, but I picked up an idea from another user to simulate it. Instead of typing in mood and music in the lines for them when you update, you put it in yourself (before or after your entry, whatever you want). Then you pick out what image you want and put the URL in itself. An advantage is that you can type whatever mood with whatever picture you want. A drawback is that it won't be always in the same place as other currents in friends' layouts, for example. But this is what i mean:
