Poor kitty! I know how you feel, I had to give Jack intravenous fluid for a week after he first got sick. I'd suggest looking around for pet care companies, there seem to be a pretty good number of them popping up where someone experienced in animal care comes to your house twice a day to take care of your pet. I'll probably use them over christmas since now my kitties need to be fed wet food at scheduled times.

Poor Genji. That's gonna be pretty hard on you but you'll eventually fall into a routine. My uncle has been on home dialysis for 4 years now - at first it was a real strain but now he has a good routine he's used to. Best of luck and get better Genji
