More on Steroids

In Paul Bloom's talk, he gave the statistic that 90% of Americans think steroids are a huge problem in sports. When asked why, people usually answered "It's cheating," or, "Because the side effects are so terrible."

But everyone's body is different. Natural equipment--even down to chemistry might be different. Thus even the same diet won't effect everyone the same way. Part of the "fun" of sports is to use HUMAN CREATIVITY to find a way to beat that record or whatnot. I'm not arguing in defense of steroids, but I'm saying that your "same diet" (etc.) idea is not fun OR necessarily more fair. Training includes discovery.

Running barefoot is much healthier for the feet than running in shoes.
