I really liked Eats, Shoots, and Leaves, thought you know me -I probably retained NONE of it. My grammar is so horrible. But it was really entertaining and a good read.

I must admit that I've fallen into the horrible dark pit that is the audio-book. It's so easy! I just click a few buttons, pop in my iPod, and listen to them while I work out. It takes my mind off the fact that I really, really hate the stationary bike and running in a loop.
BUT! I love books, as well. I just picked up The Curious Case of the Dog in the Nighttime again to read while I'm up here visiting Thomas. I agree, I like to be able to curl up on my couch with a real book.

But yay for you blogging again! We haven't been able to talk much lately (because you have a life, psh) so it's good to hear how you're doing =D

PS: Wow Canadia...just...wow.

haha yeah I have a ton of books to read and the curious case of the dog in the nighttime is on it too :) there are some books that i'm amazed I've never read before! but ah well.. I tried listening to one audio book but I just can't get into them.. could be that I just didn't like that guys voice.. but I also like SEE what i'm reading ya know.. hard for me to absorb it all by just listening.. I tend to zone out or something.. also I like to reread paragraphs that I really like just to really let them sink in.. or something.. maybe i'm crazy.. but yep i know lots of people like audio books.. I think i'd like them for a long car trip or something ( ... )
