Sulphur is gone. She dissapeared some time last night.

[A pause. The tone of her voice is very flat, though by the fact that it carries no inflection, it's obvious something is wrong.]

I always thought if the Captain would take one of us, it would be me before her.

[With that odd statement, she turns the comm off.]

I do not know. But I always thought, if one of us were to be sent back, it would be me.

She was from my past. She was saved from an unknown future that would not have been easy on her at best. She would have deserved to stay here, and she was working on breaking her conditioning.

I can still hide, on my world. I need no batteries, no food; I can blend in if I must.

And yet she is gone.

Non. A few...weeks ago. Not so recent.

[She just hasn't been able to emotionally acknowledge it until now.]

It is never easy to find out someone you cared for is gone... You have my sympathies.
