Are the hot flashes a result of chemo?

I believe that I was pushed into menopause by the chemo, yes. Fortunately they seem to be lightening up, and I don't miss the monthly mess one bit :-)

Has your chemo done the same?

Threw me right into menopause, yes, but I don't have hot flashes. I get night sweats sometimes, but I've had those since my 20s.

I wouldn't care a bit, if it didn't negatively effect me in the sexual drive department. So I'm on the Ring so see if that helps.

I'm a menopausal woman with a tubal ligation, and I'm on birth control. Go figure :-)
