stress baking

With the end of the year quickly approaching, I'm getting more and more nervous. While everyone else is doing their daily Facebook countdowns (like "25 more days then im free", or my personal favorite, "only like one more month of this bs then i can finally sleep again!!!") Not looking forward to the next two weeks... lil_miss_choc May 16 2012, 07:37:28 UTC
But I am looking forward to the three weeks of term in between the end of exams and the start of the summer holidays. We have no scheduled uni-related anything, so we can just laze around and do what we like. It's essentially a very expensive three week holiday (we still pay fees and everything).

Before then, however, we have seven more exams, which are proving to be 'interesting'. The lecturer who set the first made a great point of stressing that it would be exactly like past papers, and that we should practice the last two year's worth of questions.

We all learned how to answer the questions (it being an electromechanics exam, there was a lot of maths) then sat down at the exam to find that there was only half a maths question, and all the rest were wordy.

Why would someone do that?! Did he want us all to do badly?! *shakes fist at the sky*

We've got analytical methods this afternoon though, which shouldn't be so bad. And in two weeks, it'll all be over.

Eugh, finals and exams are so stressful! Me, I'm not really looking forward to my democracy/economics final. The teacher's pretty strict and serious about his assignments, which I like, but at the same time I'm biting my nails trying to think of what I should be studying.

I'm sure you'll do fine on your exams, sweetheart. :) And at least you have that three-week paid vacay to look forward to!
