Haha, it's funny that you say that! I spent the better part of my Sunday morning unnecessarily building upon my growing gif collection on Tumblr. I couldn't resist! x)
Maybe you could write ten, then go back? I don't know how you function/write--some people can skip and go back to fill in later, while some people have to work in chronological order. *shrugs* Regardless, I hope you're able to crank chapter nine out. (:

I've been great, but that might be all the caramel sauce I've recently eaten talking... :P I desperately want to post something today, though.

I have horrible block .-. I have prompts to finish filling, and a promised 40,000 word fic for Puck/Kurt getting it on all over the place, and lately all I've been able to do is write angsty angst and I don't think the person who won my writing bid wants me writing dead characters getting it on, cause that's not cute :c Kurt can rock many looks, but carcass is not one of them!~

I have the opposite problem - porn writer's block for two weeks, while I'm trying to write my Kavid smut. As soon as I have no spare time at all - boom! Instant entire scene of porn that I can't find the time to get onto the damn page.

I HATE HOW THE FRIGGIN' CREATIVE LIFE WORKS. You have no time and you're scrambling for scraps of paper to jot ideas down, but when you're not booked... nothing. Abso-friggin'-lutely nothing. ):

Tell me about it. There's one fic that I started that I had so many ideas for. I was away for the weekend, and I was scribbling down bits as much as I could. Then I got back from the trip, and there were two really horrible comments on the first couple of chapters. Just anons being nasty for the hell of it, but it completely threw me and I just couldn't make any of what I had written turn into actual fic. I hate it because it's the only multichap I've ever had to put on permanent hiatus, which makes me feel so guilty, but I've got such awful writer's block about that one fic now that I've given up on it entirely.

I know the feeling. I tend to dry up like a puddle in the desert for long periods of time. Right now, I keep trying to write other stories, but two characters in particular just keep eating at my brain. I love them, but they need to learn how to share the brainspace. :D

At least you have characters to play talk show host with. x) I've got nothin'. I really want to try my hand at some original fiction again, though. I have ideas.
