I'm glad you like the covers - I got a bit carried away because I was having so much fun making them.

The covers are brilliant as well, I especially love the taglines. Sultry heartbreaker! French for trouble! Ticket to the morgue!

Half the taglines are gloriously real - I made a collection of them from the back covers of noir novels.

This is gorgeous beyond belief! (And it took me a lot more staring before I could type that sentence!) They're SGA Noir! And perfect - eyes and stubble and hair, and I hardly know where to look first because it's all so beautiful. Ronon jumps out at me because the light, and his hair and - um. Neck and arms and wow. Yes. So not coherent, and - and they are books! With taglines and titles and now someone needs to write these! Someone needs to write these real bad, because they're so incredibly intriguing, and you bet I'd pay my 25c to get to read 'em.
Also, Teyla as the detective is beautiful, figuratively as well as literally. A tough broad whose code is honor - really, the whole thing just fills me with glee, and an fantastic urge to get more of this world.
Yay! ♥

I had the idea for the books from the start (then got a little carried away). Half the taglines are real lines from the back covers of noir novels and the others are styled closely on them- because the language was just too much fun.
I used a gorgeous picture of Jason as the reference for Ronon (I've been hoping for an excuse).
The prompt had the idea of Teyla as the detective and I loved the concept.
