on top of my foot being re-injured friday night after i either broke or sprained or something elsed it over 2 months ago and it still has not healed properly (never went to the doc... no insurance), it's hurting quite a bit today, i'm convinced there's a bone fragment floating around in there or something

Yeah, I'm in the process of finding new birth control because of my high bp. Oh joy. I'll post my findings.

Your blood pressure goes up when you are under alot of stress, and knowing some of what you have been going through I can only imagine. Take deep breaths before and during the bp test and go to your happy place and it will probably drop.
I hope things get better for you soon =)

I'm actually surprised that they don't have a pill that is designed for
people who have higher blood pressure.
Try laying on your left side before they come in to take your bp.
That's what they made me do when I had the high pressures when I was preggers. It almost ALWAYS went down a few bits.

On the ankle--I thought you might have some trouble with it after Friday.
I saw that fucker bend in a way it SO shouldn't have. *kissabooboo*

yeah, when i first injured it, it was far worse, i sprained my toe, ankle, top of foot, all of it was black and blue and swollen and scratched up and i couldn't walk for a good week.
i was SOOOOOOOOOOO pissed that i did it again because it was finally getting to the point where it didn't hurt all the time. hence me wanting to jump on that shuttle bus right away.
and oh man was i wasted that night. good times. heheh
