Especially with all of the recent coverage over the difficulty women have in getting access to Plan B in the first place. The only thing that is a concern is that last bit of the article: "The company was concerned that pharmacies would refuse to stock the prescription version of the pill because most sales would be to women older than 18."

That part does suck. Hopefully those girls can get an older friend to acquire some for them. And if they've already gone through the trouble of getting a friggin' prescription on short notice, they can probably manage it.
The shelf life on this stuff is pretty great, so every girl not on some other contraception ought to just have some laying around.
I've accepted the reality of a compromise position about abortion. But, I know the fight insists on pulling the extreme line.
As in many other political issues, the liberals have been too sane and the conservatives have pulled the compromise too far by taking their extreme. We have Air America radio here, it's the liberal way out there reaction.
