Easy-peasy Thai curry vegetable dinner

Dinner tonight was quick, easy, and tasty, and worth remembering:

My only issue with curry pastes is that they taste incredibly salty to me. But with the amount you used, maybe it wasn't.

Tomato cubes on top.. interesting idea.
