I just found myself looking longingly over the webpage for a spiffy new piece of high-tech equipment. All sleek lines and specialized contours and optimized dimensions and everything... Want one. Oh, yeah.

Of course, what I was looking at wasn't the latest piece of computer or smart phone technology or anything like that.

That one I think would be really useful for the outer thighs (especially the IT band) and glutes. Probably elsewhere, too. It feels so good when you stop...
