Was trying to describe to Pirate how much of my Excel knowledge is lodged in muscle memory, so asking me from across the room how to do something doesn't work as well as just letting me do it and explain while I do.

Muscle memory is why I loathe Office 2007. Especially when they have changed the keyboard shortcuts. I can't find a bloody thing in their new tab system unless the shortcuts have not changed.
